Delivery of all Siddhalepa products is carried out by ARAMEX internationally. We deliver to all countries worldwide, and attempt to carry out the fastest and safest possible delivery of our products. Please note: the Siddhalepa Group has a no returns and no refunds policy with regard to all deliveries. Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions binding delivery of our products. By reading and accepting our delivery policy, you accept our policy regulations. The Siddhalepa Group is not liable for any damages or court actions.

Delivery Information
All prices include delivery charges. There are no hidden charges or conditions. Delivery time for products varies according to destination. Please refer the following in order to estimate exact delivery time. Orders will be processed on all working days and Saturdays.

Liability
In the event a shipment is damaged or subject to pilferage in transit, the maximum liability applicable will be US$ 100.00 per shipment. ARAMEX is not liable for any consequential losses.
Special insurance cover is obtainable to cover high value consignments.

Packaging
A range of packaging material is on offer to suit the varying volume demands. These will be provided to you as per the requirement.
Specialised packaging can be arranged for fragile shipments, and charges will be debited to your account (as per the original amount quoted by our packaging supply.)

Track and Trace Facilities
ARAMEX maintains global track and trace support of shipments for the entire distribution chain until final delivery to the customer’s door. As such, customers can obtain shipment status from any ARAMEX coordinator worldwide anytime of day. Alternatively, packages can be tracked through the ARAMEX worldwide web at www.aramex.com

Returns and Refund Policy
The Siddhalepa Group has a no returns and no refunds policy with regard to delivery of its products.
