Hello,
I am Chandana Wijayaratne, the Chef at the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health
Resort. At the Resort I have the freedom to be creative, preparing
meals that are wholesome yet sumptuous, and I look forward to bringing
these recipes to you.
My initial experience with cooking began at the Ceylon Hotel School
where I successfully completed a basic level cookery course. When
I graduated in 1990, I ventured into the hotel industry working in
star class hotels both in Sri Lanka and abroad. Upon returning to
Sri Lanka I joined the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Resort. I ensure that meals
prepared for our clients meet the recommendations of our Ayurvedic
Specialists, while retaining the traditional methods of this culinary
art.
I do hope you enjoy preparing the Ayurvedic recipes that are presented
on this site as much as I have enjoyed creating them. |
