National Cleaner Production Award 2009 ceremony organized by the National Cleaner Production Center was held on the 30th September 2009 at the Gall Face hotel under the patronage of Hon. Kumara Welgama – minister of industry Development, Hon. Prof. Tissa Vitharana and Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, Siddhalepa received Bronze award for cleaner production practice in manufacturing, merit award in water efficiency and merit certificate for material efficiency in manufacturing in the large organization category.
